All plans show the risks RiskRight finds. Team adds 100 monitored exposures, daily refresh, digest and priority alerts; Enterprise adds custom coverage and Teams workflows.

The dashboard is generated from the saved company profile, so profile accuracy affects every risk shown.

The detail view explains why RiskRight thinks the signal matters to this company and its supply chain.

Confidence should be read together with the cited sources: stronger, direct sources should carry more weight.

Watch risk is available on Team and Enterprise; Enterprise can also post the current risk context to Teams.

The global risk map page is visible to every plan so Lite users can preview it.

The interactive map is included on Team and Enterprise.

It complements the ranked dashboard by showing where exposure is clustered geographically.

Enterprise adds Teams posting and faster 15-minute Risk Watch cadence, not exclusive access to the map itself.

Only assigned actions appear here. FYI notifications do not create open work.

A department action closes when any one recipient for that department marks it complete.

Due dates are calculated from the severity due-target settings saved in Settings.

The company profile defines what RiskRight treats as relevant: sites, outputs, inputs, brands and supplier regions.

Risk generation uses this profile to infer likely exposure, then ranks external risk signals against it.

Saving a changed profile replaces the risk set because the monitoring scope has changed.

Settings controls workflow defaults rather than people management.

Due targets convert risk severity into expected completion dates for assigned work.

Team and Account each own their own surfaces to avoid duplicate controls.

Notification-only recipients can receive email alerts without consuming a paid user seat.

Paid users can open RiskRight links, complete actions and use licensed workflows.

This keeps licensing flexible: recipients can start with email alerts, then move to paid access when they need to open RiskRight or complete work.

Teams posting is Enterprise-only and is controlled per department.

RiskRight sends the risk title, severity, category, planning action, super-user comment and risk link to the configured workflow.

If a department has no webhook, RiskRight can still send email recipients and will skip Teams for that department.

The account page separates identity and workspace access from risk workflow settings.

Paid user count is managed in RiskRight, while Stripe handles payment method and cancellation.

Workspace role determines who can change company setup, settings, billing and department workflows.

Checkout runs through Stripe; your plan only changes after Stripe confirms the payment.

Vouchers and promotion codes are entered in the Stripe checkout, not in RiskRight.

Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal where you can change card details, view invoices or cancel; cancellation keeps access until the period ends.

Password reset and confirmation emails are sent to the address on your account.

A reset link signs you in so you can set a new password, then expires.

Confirmation must be completed before you can sign in for the first time.
