The latest improvements to RiskRight. We ship updates weekly; check back here to see what changed.
Clearer supply-chain risk creation
The Supply Chain page now starts with a short how-to guide, so teams know to save exposure records first and then create or validate risk register entries.
Template, CSV import and Save exposures actions now sit in one aligned row on larger screens and stack cleanly on smaller screens.
Approving a validated intake or creating a linked risk now confirms that the risk is in the register and gives you a direct Open risk action.
Save confirmations now explain the next step instead of leaving users to guess whether exposures or risks were created.
Evidence and feedback reliability
Evidence dossiers now work for generated TRACE risks by creating the underlying risk record when a generated risk is opened.
Pilot feedback can now be saved against generated risks instead of showing a misleading risk-not-found message.
Company profile saves, nightly refreshes and risk-watch updates now always persist the required risk-quality breakdown, avoiding Supabase save errors.
The Company navigation path now redirects correctly to the company profile workflow.
Operational exposure and billing visibility
Team and Enterprise users now have clearer supply-chain exposure tooling for products, suppliers, routes and destination sites.
Risk Intake & Validation can structure a plain-English concern into a draft risk for human approval.
Account pages now show billing-cycle context and next-bill estimates where Stripe returns subscription data.
Enterprise users no longer see irrelevant upgrade prompts in places where their plan already includes the feature.
Briefings, navigation and TRACE foundations
Risk briefing export was rebuilt and polished so branded PDF decks generate more reliably.
Briefing decks now include stronger branding, better summary structure and clearer follow-up/contact details.
Desktop navigation was tightened to avoid clipping at common browser widths.
TRACE event intelligence foundations were added so event-linked risks can connect operational signals to affected dependencies.
Pilot feedback for risk quality
Pilot users can now rate each risk for usefulness, company specificity, accuracy and actionability.
Risk feedback includes an optional comment so teams can tell TRACE what context, correction or supplier detail would make a risk better.
Feedback is saved per risk and workspace, giving RiskRight a practical calibration loop for improving future risk recommendations.
A clearer company setup experience
Rebuilt the company setup flow into a guided, step-by-step wizard with a single progress tracker so you always know what's next.
Locations and supplier regions are now edited as simple add/remove rows instead of free text — no more remembering a special format.
Your setup progress is now saved as you go, so refreshing the page mid-setup no longer loses your work.
Clearer messages throughout: errors, tips and confirmations now look distinct, and setup no longer silently falls back to sample data if something goes wrong.
